NEW ArmorSpray^TM High Pressure Sprayers:

1-to-1 or 1-to-2 ratio

Get faster, more controlled spraying with our new High-Pressure Proportioner Series 1100 or 2100. The trigger gun gives you start-stop action for better yield and more accuracy plus variable flow rates allow small to large applications. Independent, adjustable heat settings and monitors provide both efficiency and consistent control for superior product and, at 2500psi, your spraying is faster and highly reliable.

Compared to other high pressure equipment, the portable ArmorSpray is easy to use with low maintenance. Dependable solid state electronic circuitry means proven durability for years of services.

Use this high-performance equipment for a multitude of industrial coating projects. Because you choose a sprayer with either 1-to-1 ratio or 1-to-2 ratio, ArmorSpray is ideal for use with ArmorFoam insulation, STS polyurethane series, and a number of other chemical coatings. ArmorThane introduces ArmorShield.

ArmorShield is the new generation of sprayed on coatings from ArmorThane. Drying in minutes not hours allows a professional applicator to create designs that resist weathering and abrasion even in high-traffic, direct sunlight areas. Thirteen colors can be combined for a faux stucco, brick or tile finish. Borders, patterns and logos are applied with taping or stencils.

While ArmorShield is especially designed for exterior applications such as patios, sidewalks, pool decks and porches, it quickly covers all types of wood, metal, concrete, foam, sheet rock and many other properly prepared substrate. This single component, waterborne polyurea coating contains recycled thermoset plastic chips that are re-processed for color stability.
