HighLine 410 shares many of the same strengths as our other ArmorLine products – our portfolio of high-pressure spray-on coatings. It’s a fast-setting and rapid-curing two-component system that’s capable of meeting tight project deadlines for which polyurea is often chosen. It’s also made of 100% solids and contains no volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), delivering the same safety and sustainability that ArmorThane coatings are renowned for.

Where HighLine 410 differs is in its basic chemistry; HighLine 410 is an aliphatic polyurea formulation, intrinsically UV resistant, unlike more common aromatic polyurea coatings that are paired with UV-resistant topcoats to impart UV stability. This affords HighLine 410 with exceptional color retention, protecting interior or exterior concrete and metal surfaces without yellowing or discoloration, which makes it the optimal choice for colorful projects. It can be applied in a single application or across multiple applications without significant sagging and coats both carbon and mild steel materials without the need for a primer. For all of its many advantages, HighLine 410 is a highly versatile coating ready for almost any application, which is why it’s commonly used in airports, food processing plants, refineries, parking garage decks, power plants, and various other distinctly different contexts.
