Our FlexGard 75 formulation is a high-pressure hybrid polyurea, part of our ArmorLine series of spray-on coating products. A simple two-component system, FlexGard 75 is easy to work with and can be precisely milled to exact tolerances. Characteristic of any high-performance polyurea coating, it’s fast-setting for minimal delays between application and return to service and is made of 100% solids with no volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), making FlexGard 75 a safer and more sustainable technology compared to alternative materials systems like epoxy.

FlexGard’s standout feature is its uniquely soft yet firm structure, making it highly flexible but with strength of form and possessing broad-scope resistance and durability against the most common types of physical and chemical stress. Moreover, FlexGard 75 also possesses a high coefficient of friction, providing non-slip properties that are widely used on steps, stairs, railings, and other surfaces in need of better traction. Compatible with metals, foams, woods, fiberglass, and many other substrate materials, FlexGard 75 is a versatile coating deployed for more than its anti-slip properties, commonly used to protect truck beds, automotive accessories, conveyor rollers, marine vessels, tool boxes, and horse trailers, and numerous other structures and equipment.
