Our polyurea coatings have great adhesion properties, so it bonds well to the roof surface. The quick application and fast cure time make installation easy. One of the best features of ArmorThane’s waterproof coatings is its year round elasticity, it will not fade or lose its properties even under extreme temperatures. This elasticity allows the coating to expand and contract with the building materials, so it can accommodate seasonal changes without compromising its integrity. As it is sprayed on, it fills the gaps or voids and drys, resulting to a solid and secure surface.

Deteriorated old metal roofs with water damage can be saved with polyurea coatings. You can spray them right onto the existing roof.
Ponding water is a problem on flat or low slope metal roofs and water accumulates and can eventually leak. Polyurea coatings can be formulated to pond the water and direct it to the drainage and prevent it from getting into the roofing system.
Metal roofs installed without waterproofing can be coated with polyurea. Clean and prepare the metal surface then apply the polyurea membrane. This is a cost effective way to fix existing roofs.
