exibits at the BioDome. Lets take a look at the steps involved in this project. First of all, the
system involves substrate preparation, in order to ensure a stable and clean substrate because
there were numerous discontinuities. Subsequently, the membranes in detachment were
removed. After the substrate preparation, it was necessary to apply a high-adhesion primer in
order to guarantee the correct adhesion to the existing substrate. Subsequently, HighLine 510H,
a pure polyurea spray-applied membrane was used. Finally, the STS aliphatic polyurethane top
coat was applied. Top coat in white color allows to have a high solar reflection, protection
against UV rays and improvement of the internal and external temperatures of the roof.
The ArmorThane work, through the inspection of one of our specialized technicians, allows to
identify the problems and to solve them definitively without removing the existing one, thus
reducing time and work costs.
