HighLine 510 is a two-component, spray-applied polyurea designed to protect well-prepared concrete and metal surfaces, part of our high-pressure series of ArmorLine coatings. It can coat both carbon or mild steel substrates without the need for a primer and may be installed with or without reinforcement in transitional areas. It’s fast-setting and rapid-curing with a quick gel time and a tack-free time of less than 60 seconds – everything about HighLine 510 is built for speed.
Suitable for applications at moderate to high temperatures, HighLine 510 can be applied in either single or multiple applications without significant sagging. Highline 510 also exhibits moderate moisture tolerance and excellent temperature stability, making it easy to install a new ArmorThane coatings system with HighLine 510 in almost any climate. As an aromatic polyurea, HighLine 510 is not UV-stable, but it can be modified for outdoor applications by applying a UV Topcoat or UV ColorCoat atop the base coat. By being composed of 100% solids, making it free of volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), and meets USDA and Canadian Agriculture Criteria. For all of its advantages, HighLine 510 sees widespread use across diverse application areas, commonly used in secondary containment, water features, sanitation systems, mining operations, and many other private, commercial, and industrial settings.
